Nigeria Plan friendly Against South Africa & Namibia

Nigeria have begun their preparations for the Nations Cup in earnest...

Nigeria have penciled in warm-up games against South Africa and Namibia as part of their build-up for next year's Africa Cup of Nations in Angola, officials have informed Goal.com
Nigeria coach, Shuaibu Amodu, and top Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) official, Taiwo Ogunjobi, will leave Lagos later Friday for Namibia, where they will inspect the facilities at the training camp in Windhock ahead of the Nations Cup.
Officials also disclosed that Amodu and Ogunjobi would also use this opportunity to propose a friendly against Namibia.
Top NFF officials led by president Sani Lulu plan to also propose to South Africa another friendly during the World Cup draw in Cape Town on December 4. The match is expected to be played before the Nations Cup kicks off on January 10 in Angola.
