Brazil Reject Teslim Balogun Stadium

The ex world and South American champions will play against the Super eagles in an international friendly later this year.

Reports reaching us states that Lagos fans won't see the match live at the Teslim Balogun stadium (TBS) because the playing turf is artificial.

The Brazilians said they would prefer to play on a natural grass. The maintenance culture of stadia in Nigeria hasn't been encouraging and that has made artificial turf popular in the country. The match will be played at the National stadium Abuja.

The Brazilians will get $1.5m for appearance fee, they will be lodged in a 5 star hotel and they will enjoy first class flight.
