The Super Falcons will face Finland on 17 May in Helsinki as part of their build up for the global tournament.
But the date and venue for the Hungary game is yet to be finalised.
The Africa champions are in a tricky Group A of the World Cup with hosts and reigning champions Germany, France and Canada.
Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) spokesman Ademola Olajire insists more friendly games could follow in the coming weeks.
"The Finland match is confirmed but there are on-going talks concerning the game against Hungary," Olajire told BBC Sport.
"The Super Falcons will play Finland in Helsinki on May 17 and Hungary on a date to be announced soon.
"We have entered discussions with other major teams preparing for the World Cup as well but nothing concrete has been finalised.
"The team is guaranteed top grade matches to enable them prepare adequately for the big task in Germany."
The Super Falcons won their record sixth African title when beating Equatorial Guinea 4-2 in the final of the African Women's Championship two months ago.

The NFF insists sufficient preparation will ensure that the Super Falcons will make an impact at the World Cup.
"Inadequate preparation affected them in the past but this year will be a lot different according to the board of the NFF," said Olajire.
Sixteen teams will contest the women's World Cup which runs between 26 June and 17 July.
